We are seeking a warm and friendly person as a full-time, on-site Legal Secretary/Clerk. The position includes administrative duties, client communication and a support role assisting our
Attorneys and back-office team. The right person for this position will be organized and detail
oriented with good follow-through, patient and sensitive with clients and staff, and someone
who likes to keep learning in a fast-paced environment.

Document Preparation. Creating Word documents associated with Estate Plans, Estate Administration, Probate matters and Deeds.
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, fielding questions, and responding to client inquiries
Assisting with administrative tasks such as, client intake, client follow up, insurance benefit confirmation, mail, printing services etc.
Excellent research skills
Adhering to client confidential matters and properly managing client information.
Excellent and friendly verbal and written communication skills
Organizational skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
Time management skills to prioritize and complete a variety of tasks throughout the day
Patience and interpersonal skills to respond appropriately and interact positively with clients and staff
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Proficiency and confidence with technology, specifically Microsoft Word. Can create, edit and format complex documents. Experience with CRMs or AbacusLaw a plus.
Professional experience in an office environment. Legal office experience a plus.
