We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and enhance the financial planning and analysis of our fast-growing organization. Based at our beautiful Jupiter, FL headquarters, this position offers the opportunity to lead budgeting, advanced forecasting, and performance analysis for our multi-entity restoration business while embodying our values and supporting our mission of excellence and expansion.

The Senior Financial Analyst will oversee complex financial modeling, drive variance investigations, and provide actionable insights across multiple locations in our dynamic restoration and reconstruction environment. This role requires a seasoned professional who can mentor junior staff, ensure data accuracy, and implement improvements that fuel our continued growth. From leading annual budget processes to integrating cutting-edge analytics tools, you'll be instrumental in FP&A strategies that directly impact our ability to serve clients and expand our reach.

This is a primarily at-location position with some hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days.

• Lead development of financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning

• Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly variance analysis and reporting

• Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards
