We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and contribute to the financial planning and analysis of our fast-growing organization. Based at our beautiful Jupiter, FL headquarters, this position offers the opportunity to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for our multi-entity restoration business while embodying our values and supporting our mission of excellence and expansion.
The Financial Analyst will perform financial modeling, assist with variance analysis, and help generate insights across multiple locations in our dynamic restoration and reconstruction environment. This role requires a proactive team player who can identify trends, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to process improvements that drive our continued growth. From supporting budget cycles to leveraging data visualization tools, you'll play a key role in FP&A functions that directly impact our ability to serve clients and expand our reach.
This is a primarily at-location position with some hybrid/remote flexibility after 90 days.

Assist in developing and maintaining financial models for forecasting and budgeting
Support monthly and quarterly variance analysis and reporting
Prepare financial dashboards and ad-hoc reports for management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning initiatives
Help with scenario analysis and long-term financial projections
Contribute to process improvements and implementation of FP&A tools
