Job Summary

We’re looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a sharp mind, a patriotic heart, and modern tools at their fingertips, including AI. If you know how to harness tech to accelerate results, build teams, scale marketing operations, and lead from the front, we want you in our war room.

Responsibilities

Your mission is to own the company's end-to-end marketing function, from brand to growth, influencer to lifecycle, strategy to execution. You’ll develop and execute a clear marketing vision that aligns with the company's unapologetically American values, drives account growth, increases AUM, and positions us as the default investing platform for millions of value-aligned Americans.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a core member of the executive team, working directly with the CEO on growth, fundraising, product vision, and media.

  • Define KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates, retention) and lead continuous improvement across channels.

  • Oversee all paid user acquisition channels (Meta, Google, YouTube, programmatic).

  • Lead our App Store Optimization (ASO) strategy and funnel optimization initiatives.

  • Drive rapid testing and scaling of paid media campaigns.

  • Expand and manage influencer relationships across conservative, Christian, and liberty-minded communities.

  • Lead strategic partnerships and co-marketing efforts that reinforce our values.

  • Use ChatGPT to speed up content creation, workflow, research reports, and internal comms.

  • Define and protect the company's brand across all channels.

  • Oversee the company's website development and maintenance.

  • Help create and maintain pitch decks, business plans, and sales materials.

  • Ensure messaging and design align with compliance and SEC advertising regulations.

  • Successful background in marketing, communication, social media, ad campaigns, and budgeting
