Real Estate Acquisition & Transaction Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote)Landopia

Job Summary

We are a land investment company seeking a detail-oriented, personable team member to help us acquire properties and manage transactions. This is a remote, part-time position (about 10 hrs/week) where you'll spend most of your time talking with sellers and keeping deals moving smoothly through the closing process.

If you enjoy negotiations, building rapport over the phone, and making sure no detail slips through the cracks — this role is for you.

Compensation
- Hourly
- Bonuses: Earn 10% of the savings you negotiate on any deal (example: if you save the company $1,000, you earn a $100 bonus).

Responsibilities

- Seller Communication: Return calls, voicemails, emails, and texts from property owners who have received offers.
- Negotiations: Discuss and negotiate purchase terms, aiming to secure favorable pricing.
- Lead Management: Update records and notes in our CRM (Podio).
- Transaction Coordination:
    - Gather documents and information from sellers.
    - Work with title companies, notaries, and sellers to move deals to closing.
    - Follow up on paperwork and deadlines to ensure smooth transactions.

Qualifications

- Availability: ~10 hrs per week with daily check-ins via Slack (quick list of tasks completed and open items). Must be able to occasionally follow up with sellers on weekends (some sellers are only reachable then).
- Communication Skills: Warm, clear, and persuasive. You should be patient, persistent, and comfortable overcoming objections.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to manage tasks, track details, and follow processes precisely.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Voice/OpenPhone, email, spreadsheets, and CRM software (we use Podio).
- Professional Setup: Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for calls.
- Experience: Real estate knowledge preferred (understanding deeds, title, closing process), but not required if you're eager and willing to learn.
- Location: U.S.-based preferred, but overseas candidates with strong English and ability to work U.S. daytime hours will be considered.
