We're seeking dedicated Production &amp; Fulfillment Associates to join our team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with an interest in quality craftsmanship and a passion for being part of the process that brings our candles from creation to customers' homes. You'll work directly with the production manager, making our signature products, including Real Bayberry Wax Candles, Scented Wax Vessels, and other candles.

This position is primarily based in our production facility where you'll work alongside our team of makers and artisans. The role involves standing, lifting, and working with various materials and equipment in a clean, organized workshop setting. Some seasonal fluctuations in workload should be expected, particularly during our busy fall and holiday seasons.
