Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 7-15 years of experience as a CNC Process Control Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in G-Code programming and proficiency with CAD/CAM software to develop efficient machining processes. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail to ensure precision in all programmed operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and optimize CNC programs using G-Code to ensure efficient and precise machining operations

Create and modify designs using CAD/CAM software to meet production specifications and quality standards

Troubleshoot programming issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime and maximize productivity

Qualifications

Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Knowledge of material properties and their impact on machining processes
