Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 2-15 years of experience as a CNC Machinist who can operate and program computer numerically controlled machines to produce precision parts. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in CNC programming, precision measurement, and blueprint reading. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure quality production and troubleshoot issues that may arise during manufacturing processes.
ResponsibilitiesSet up, program, and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to detailed specifications and blueprints Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments to ensure parts meet required tolerances and specifications Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency
QualificationsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with changing priorities Willingness to work various shifts including potential overtime as production demands require
