Job Summary

We are a local coffee company and we're looking for someone with 3-8 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant operations, staff management, and financial/food cost management. You'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining food safety compliance and operational efficiency. Your leadership skills will be crucial in motivating and developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining quality standards to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction

Manage financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and analyzing profit and loss statements to maximize profitability while maintaining quality

Lead, train and develop staff members to create a positive work environment and deliver consistent, high-quality service

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure

Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, customers, and vendors

Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain operational standards and procedures

Requirements
