Job Summary

We're looking for someone with a minimum of one year of experience as an Audiologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conducting comprehensive audiological assessments and fitting hearing aids for patients with varying degrees of hearing loss. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests using specialized equipment and developing personalized treatment plans. Strong leadership and patient communication skills are essential for providing exceptional care to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

Manage day to day operations of two practice locations
Provide operational leadership for staff and doctors
Offer visionary and strategic insight to lead team
Manage hiring and onboarding new employees

Qualifications

Interest in Audiology
Entrepreneurial experience or ambitions
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
