We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a website administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess an Active Top Secret/SCI with full scope polygraph. You'll be responsible for maintaining our website's functionality, appearance, and content while ensuring optimal user experience across all platforms. Strong communication skills and proficiency with MS Office Suite are essential for success in this role.
Responsible for tracking the receipt of government-issued email releases including news, revision and data calls, solicitation notifications, RFPs, RFIs and Market Survey releases.
Provide support to industry partners and government customers concerning issues and questions regarding basic application functions and processes.
Assist industry partners and government customers with CD creation, duplication and distribution.
Assist industry partners with the verification and creation of website and reading room account requests.
Directly support the operations team with conferencing and events.
Directly support the CSSO with tasks relating to personnel and facility security.
Solicit advice in response to inquiries regarding acquisitions in the federal sector.
Collect and present metrics to document operational activity.
Maintain required certificates and accelerated accesses required to fulfill the position.
Ability to learn a range of general acquisitions and agency policies and practices to help support and educate potential vendors in the federal acquisitions environment.
Experienced with maintaining and managing websites.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
