The ideal candidate will have experience in consumer protection law and the ability to manage FCRA-related cases involving credit reporting, background checks, and data accuracy.

• Represent clients in FCRA-related litigation from intake through resolution.

• Conduct legal research and draft complaints, motions, discovery requests, and legal briefs.

• Manage all phases of litigation, including court appearances, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

• Coordinate with experts, co-counsel, and opposing counsel to strengthen case strategy.

• Stay current on FCRA case law, statutory changes, and regulatory developments.

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing.

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, with a focus on FCRA or consumer protection.

• Strong knowledge of FCRA compliance and litigation procedures.

• Proven ability to handle a high-volume caseload with precision and professionalism.

• Excellent legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills.
