Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 7-15 years of experience as a Financial Controller to join our team.

The ideal candidate will oversee and enhance all accounting, finance, and compliance functions of the company and its subsidiary entities, ensuring accurate, transparent reporting, robust controls, and actionable insights that support the strategic goals — all while operating effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee all accounting operations including month-end close process, financial statement preparation, and regulatory compliance reporting

Develop and maintain robust financial controls while managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes

Provide strategic financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership to support business growth and operational efficiency

Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Mastery of GAAP, multi-entity reporting, and compliance; ability to oversee complex books and investments

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and clear presentations

• Ownership & Initiative: Proactively identifies needs and solves problems without waiting for direction

• Integrity & Discretion: Handles confidential information with the utmost care and ethical judgment

• Communication: Explains financial concepts clearly to both sophisticated and non-financial audiences

• Leadership & Collaboration: Leads by example, mentors staff/vendors, and coordinates effectively with stakeholders

• Adaptability & Hands-On Mindset: Comfortable switching between strategic, high-level planning and detailed transactional work

• International Finance Acumen: Experience managing multi-country operations, FX, inter-company eliminations, and compliance with global regulatory regimes

• Project & Manufacturing Finance: Strong grounding in cost accounting, product margin tracking, and financial support for capex/opex-intensive environments

• Commercial Forecasting: Skilled at revenue modeling, scenario planning, and working closely with Sales/Commercial leaders to drive visibility
