This role owns everything outside of sales/marketing and product/technology—including financial integrity, operational excellence, and ensuring a world-class guest and host experience. The Director of Operations reports to the CEO.Objectives of this role include:<ul><li>Deliver timely, accurate financial reports by the 15th of each month.</li><li>Ensure 100% on-time payouts to hosts for completed stays.</li><li>Maintain customer satisfaction &gt;90% and NPS &gt;50.</li><li>Drive guest review completion rates to exceed 80%.</li><li>Act as the company’s data integrity expert, ensuring system accuracy across finance, CRM, and reporting.</li></ul>
