We're seeking a skilled and versatile Electrical Engineer to join us on-site in Lancaster, PA. This isn't just a design role. It's a chance to own the full product lifecycle from blank-page design and prototyping to CAD development, team training, and hands-on deployment. You'll collaborate directly with leadership and have the autonomy to turn ideas into products that make a global difference.

 What You'll Be Doing

Product & Electrical Engineering

• Lead the design and testing of new electro-mechanical solutions: sensors, linear actuators, motor controls, and wireless interfaces

• Architect and develop PCBs, embedded systems, and electrical.

• Analyze prototypes, troubleshoot, and iterate for performance, reliability, and safety

• Create test protocols, equipment, and documentation for field and production use

• Train internal teams on technical products and serve as the escalation point for complex challenges

CAD & Technical Leadership

• Be our lead AutoCAD/Autodesk Electrical user developing both electrical schematics and non-electrical designs (frames, brackets, extrusions)

• Produce clear, consistent documentation: bills of materials, production instructions, engineering change notices

• Manage external drafting resources and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams

• Get in the shop: measure, cut, assemble, splice, solder, and bring ideas to life
