What We're Looking For
If you...
- Have 2+ years of experience in a client-facing Account Management, HR, Recruiting or consultant role
- Have a bias toward organization: you manage multiple tasks well, and meet deadlines easily
- Have people skills: you connect with people easily, and people like talking to you
- Have a backbone: you can set expectations with clients, and are able to be firm when needed
- Nice to have: Management experience: you're familiar with what makes great employees, and you've spent significant time hiring and managing people

Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain relationships with RedBalloon Premium clients
- Work with clients to create strategic goals
- Report on RedBalloon progress toward client goals
- Become a hiring expert
- Interview Job-Seekers on behalf of RedBalloon and write up recommendations
- Develop methods for continuously improving our Premium service
- Report internally on client relationship health
