Job Summary

Redline Sales & Marketing LLC is a booming Direct Sales contracting firm serving growing Fiber Internet companies throughout the Midwest. New opportunities are coming at us quickly, and we are looking to add a like-minded sales and operations leader to our team.

We are looking for a Director of Sales to manage a new account for us. They will be responsible for building a new residential door-to-door sales team covering St. Joseph, MO and most of Iowa. The team will be selling Fiber Internet and Home Security services. Our goal for this market would be to have 3 teams, each with a team leader and 5-8 sales professionals. Approximately 15-25 people in all.

This is a hybrid position, and the leader will need the ability to spend about 20-35% of their time in the field with the sales team. This will be higher during the initial buildout and then taper down as the team is in place. The Director will have nearly total control and autonomy over their schedule.

The Director of Sales will be responsible for working directly with our client’s leadership team to ensure we meet their expectations for sales, operations, and customer service. They will lead the sales team, make hiring decisions, ensure our training objectives are met, drive sales results, and communicate with our client and ownership.

This Director role will best suit an individual who wants to earn over $200,000 a year, enjoys building and leading sales teams, and is willing to work hard to achieve their goals.

Our entire organization works on a 1099 basis. This includes our existing leadership, administrative, and sales professionals. This role will offer retainer pay (base) + commission.
