From short promos to full-length television series, our lead editor's 30+ years of professional experience, featured on major networks like HGTV, Food Network, and History Channel, ensures broadcast-ready quality that captivates audiences worldwide. In this role, you'll leverage your sales expertise and networking prowess to secure contracts, earning 15-20% commission on every deal, plus bonuses for high-impact wins. - Prospect and engage potential clients in film, TV, digital, and corporate sectors, emphasizing faith-based platforms, as well as brands seeking polished social media campaigns.

- Build a robust sales pipeline through networking at industry events, social media, and targeted calls/emails.
- Negotiate and close contracts that align with AWP's values and profitability goals, ensuring seamless client onboarding.
- Track sales activities and provide regular progress reports on pitches, responses, and deal outcomes.
- Collaborate with our team to refine pitch decks, highlight reels, and other materials to showcase our technical skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- U.S. work authorization and alignment with freedom-minded values emphasizing independence, integrity, and quality.
- Sales experience, ideally in media, entertainment, or creative services, with demonstrated success in closing deals and building client relationships. •2 - 5 years
