We’re looking for a motivated IT Systems Administrator with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Windows Server, Network Administration, and Active Directory and is passionate about providing excellent service. You’ll be responsible for maintaining our clients’ IT infrastructure—including firewalls, VLANs, and servers—while troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network infrastructure (VLANs, firewalls, switches, etc.)
Document network configurations and changes while implementing security best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime
Provide remote and occasional onsite support for small and medium-sized business clients
Assist with project-based work including network upgrades, server migrations, and cloud integrations
Contribute to continuous process improvements and help identify opportunities to streamline IT operations
Proven competency in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent work experience)
3–5 years of hands-on systems/network administration experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection (mostly remote)
Valid Tennessee Driver’s License with a clean driving record (occasional onsite client visits)
Must pass a criminal background check
