We're looking for a highly motivated person to join our team as a manager of a new clinic in our corporate network. This person will be responsible for helping start, operate, and practice out of a new clinic in one of our prospected locations. This opportunity offers the stability of a salaried role along with the opportunity to run a new enterprise. Our ideal candidate is fully committed, confident, humble, and full of grit. We hire for character first, as such, this role does not require any experience! We want someone who is excited about our mission and eager to take up the call. Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
Doctorate of Physical Therapy
Willingness to train in Pensacola, FL for a 6 month period prior to starting clinic.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members
