We're a growing digital marketing and creative agency looking for a website expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to juggle multiple client projects with precision and care.
Your Role
As our new Website Administrator, you will be the designer, developer, and manager of our websites, making sure all our website clients are taken care of, timelines are met, communication is clear, and no detail falls through the cracks.

Contractor Status
This post is for a W-9 sub-contracted position only. This is NOT a solicitation for W-2 employment, nor is it implied here or otherwise that this opportunity is "for-hire" as an employee with our firm. You will be provide an IRS Form-1099 at the end of the year, and will be required to report their earnings as a subcontractor with our company.
The selection for this opportunity will be primarily based on experience, and ability to demonstrate true website and marketing knowledge. Please answer all screening questions with as much detail as possible. All inquiries must be received by Friday, August 22.
What You'll Do
· Design the look and feel of websites
· Program and develop all websites to function properly
· Install plug-ins / widgets / embed code
· Perform all necessary tasks before launching each website
· Upload / test / monitor each website at time of launch
· Perform ongoing backend technical support and updates to each website (as needed)
· Communicate on various website projects with clients and our internal team
· Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress of each project
· Communicate specific project details with our Project Manager in ClickUp® CRM
Ability to demonstrate WordPress knowledge and experience
Portfolio of at least 10 successful website designs
Creativity and user-experience design and navigation
Demonstration of proficiency in all aspects of website design / development / back-end support
