The Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer who thrives on challenges. You'll design and build mission-critical features across our comprehensive safety platform, which covers all aspects of regulatory compliance for hazardous chemical processes. What You'll Build

• Safety Training Systems: LMS modules that ensure workers get home safely

• Compliance Tools: Audit tracking and document workflows that maintain regulatory standards

• Incident Prevention Features: Hazard analysis, emergency response, and management of change tools

• Integration Solutions: Connect mechanical integrity systems and third-party safety tools

• AI-Powered Insights: Help develop intelligent features that predict and prevent safety issues

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features with a focus on reliability and user experience

• Collaborate with safety experts to translate complex regulations into intuitive software

• Write clear documentation and participate in code reviews

• Quickly resolve critical bugs and participate in on-call rotation (shared among team)

• Contribute to architecture decisions and sprint planning

• Think like an owner—take responsibility for features from conception to deployment

Tech Stack

• Core Technologies: TypeScript, Vue.js, Node.js/Bun

• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, RDS PostgreSQL, S3) Cloudflare (edge computing)

• Build & Deploy: SST, Vite

Required Skills

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience (or equivalent demonstrated expertise)

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred)

• Solid backend development skills with Node.js ecosystem

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Cloudflare)

• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database design

Nice to Have

• Experience in safety, compliance, or industrial software

• Background in AI/ML applications

• Familiarity with regulatory environments

• Familiarity with engineering calculations

• Previous early-stage startup experience
