Executive Business ManagerStory Real Estate

We are seeking a highly capable, long-term Executive Business Manager to partner directly with our Owner and Team Leader, Chris Carpenter. This is a mission-critical role with the responsibility and authority to keep the owner and the organization operating at peak performance.

• Leadership & Strategic Support

  • Manage Chris’ inbox, calendar, and high-priority communications.

  • Anticipate needs, prepare materials, and ensure readiness for meetings and events.

  • Track priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure commitments are met.

  Operational Excellence

  • Streamline systems and processes for greater efficiency.

  • Oversee team scorecards, reporting, and operational metrics.

  • Coordinate major business initiatives from start to finish.

  Project & Event Management

  • Lead planning and execution of company culture events and client appreciation experiences.

  • Oversee logistics for trainings, planning sessions, and offsite gatherings.

  Confidentiality & Trust

  • Handle sensitive business and personal information with absolute discretion.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for the owner.

  Personal & Logistical Support

  • Coordinate select personal and family events.

  • Maintain organization in the owner’s office and digital files.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
