Job Summary

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and people-focused Executive Assistant to partner closely with our Owner and Team Leader, Chris Carpenter. In this role, you’ll help keep everything — and everyone — running smoothly, ensuring Chris is prepared, supported, and able to focus on leading the team forward.

This is a key relationship role — you’ll be the trusted connection between the owner, the team, and our clients. You’ll bring organization, warmth, and professionalism to every interaction while keeping our operations moving with ease.

Responsibilities

Leadership & Executive Support

  • Manage Chris’ inbox, calendar, and communication with care and attention to detail.

  • Anticipate needs and prepare materials so meetings and events run seamlessly.

  • Keep projects, priorities, and follow-ups organized and on track.

Operational & Team Support

  • Maintain smooth systems and processes that make work easier for everyone.

  • Support team communication, scorecards, and weekly reporting.

  • Coordinate important projects and make sure deadlines are met.

Event & Client Care

  • Plan and coordinate team culture events that make people feel valued.

  • Organize client appreciation events that create memorable experiences.

  • Stay aware of community happenings and opportunities to connect.

Confidentiality & Trust

  • Handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism.

  • Be a trusted partner to the owner in both business and day-to-day details.

Personal & Organizational Support

  • Assist with select personal and family events.

  • Keep Chris’ office and digital files organized and ready for use.
