efficiency and meet production targets.
● Performance Monitoring: Communicate job expectations, monitor progress, and review
outcomes to ensure high-quality results and adherence to manufacturing standards.
● Process Oversight: Initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures
to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
● Equipment and Tool Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in the methods, techniques,
practices, and tools used in carbon fiber composite manufacturing, including Gerber
tables, autoclaves, and ovens.
● Documentation: Ensure all required production documentation is completed accurately
and in a timely manner.
● Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on cutting, lay-up, fabrication, curing, and
assembly of composite products, including wet layup and pre-preg techniques.
● Quality Assurance: Oversee the preparation of parts for bagging, including placement
of bleeders, thermocouples, probes, and vacuum connections, and verify seals for leaks.
● Equipment Operation: Set up assemblies in processing and curing equipment (e.g.,
