Republican Jobs is leading the search for a mission-driven national law firm seeking a Policy Paralegal to join its dynamic policy group. This role blends civil litigation support with legislative and policy-focused work. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a clear alignment with the firm’s mission of defending constitutional principles and protecting individual rights.
Provide litigation and policy support for attorneys handling high-profile constitutional and advocacy-focused cases.
Prepare and file documents using state and federal eFiling systems.
Conduct legal and policy research on legislative, regulatory, and constitutional issues.
Track and summarize legislative and policy developments for attorneys.
Draft and edit legal documents including pleadings, motions, and policy briefs.
Support attorneys in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience with a focus on civil litigation.
Demonstrated expertise in ECF filing systems.
Familiarity with constitutional law and policy-related legal matters.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training is preferred.
