ForeverLawn Pacific Coast is seeking a motivated sales professional to manage residential and commercial accounts, generate new leads, and close high-value sales of premium synthetic grass products.
Develop and execute a strategic market development plan
Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and specifiers
Nurture existing client relationships to grow account value
Prospect new leads and generate sales opportunities
Conduct commercial and residential sales appointments
Follow up on leads with consistent and timely communication
Close sales and meet revenue goals
Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to individuals and groups
Measure and assess project sites in the field
Prepare and present accurate pricing proposals
Maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Uphold ForeverLawn's core values and team culture
Bachelor's degree (preferred)
Minimum of five years of experience in retail, direct, or commercial sales
Experience developing premium brand products and sales plans
Proficient in CRM, email, internet, spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of character and integrity
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Effective at problem-solving and meeting deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Capable of working onsite and offsite, including construction areas
Ability to travel for meetings and site assessments
