Job Type: Full Time (32 Hours Per Week)
Pay Rate: $44,500
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday (flexible within business hours)
Location: Home Office - 255 Air Tool Drive, Southern Pines, NC 28387
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent (college degree preferred)
3+ years of proven executive assistant or office management experience
Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environment preferred
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Access to reliable transportation for occasional travel (up to 10%)
Typing speed of at least 50 WPM
Supervisory Responsibilities
None - Focus on providing exceptional support and coordination services.
You'll Achieve:
Executive Excellence: Provide comprehensive administrative support to CSO and CEO, managing complex calendars and prioritizing competing demands
Communication Hub: Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional relationships
Project Coordination: Successfully manage multiple special projects and initiatives while meeting all deadlines
Travel & Event Management: Coordinate seamless travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and event planning
Information Management: Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidential information is handled with utmost discretion
Process Improvement: Anticipate executive needs and implement solutions that enhance overall productivity
