Pay Rate: $45,000
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
At least three years of experience in inventory management or supply chain role
Experience with Acumatica or other ERP software systems, data entry, or order entry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple shipping schedules
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to follow established procedures and protocols
Supervisory Responsibilities
None - Individual contributor role with opportunity to train team members in inventory procedures.
You'll Achieve:
Inventory Accuracy: Maintain precise stock levels and ensure warehouse inventory meets all sales needs year-round
Process Excellence: Follow and maintain all SOPs for warehouse inventory management, ensuring consistent operations
Vendor Coordination: Serve as reliable point of contact with product vendors for purchase orders and shipment coordination
System Maintenance: Oversee annual physical inventory process and conduct regular cycle counting
Quality Assurance: Ensure Book Representative sample kits are properly issued and updated with refresher materials
Data Integrity: Generate accurate inventory reports and maintain detailed documentation for management review

Physical Demands
