We are seeking a hands-on, growth-minded Director of Technology to lead our technical operations, software systems, and digital innovation strategy. This critical role blends engineering acumen, system architecture, and strategic leadership to elevate our internal platforms and client experiences. The Director will collaborate across departments to implement scalable solutions, modernize systems, and position our business at the forefront of technology in the restoration and construction space.

This is an ideal opportunity for a senior technologist or engineering leader ready to scale their impact in a purpose-driven environment.

This position is ideally based onsite or hybrid alongside the leadership team at our Jupiter, FL Headquarters, but remote arrangements for the highest quality applicants with a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time are accepted.

• Own Entrusted’s end-to-end technology strategy, aligning tools with business operations and growth

• Lead internal and external software/platform development efforts, including vendor tools and custom integrations

• Implement scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure) with cost-effective and secure practices

• Drive automation and workflow optimization across departments (finance, operations, HR, etc.)

• Oversee ERP/CRM integration (e.g., Sage Intacct, HubSpot), BI/dashboarding, and data pipelines

• Build and lead a lean technology team (4-8 people), while mentoring and upskilling internal talent

• Evaluate and deploy AI/ML tools to increase operational efficiency

• Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and systems reliability

• Develop and report on technology KPIs, budgets, and ROI on tech investments

• Collaborate with leadership on cross-functional strategic planning and execution

• 5–10 years in software or systems engineering

• 2–4 years in leadership or technical strategy strongly preferred

• Strong technical foundation in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and full-stack development

• Experienced in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), data solutions (SQL/NoSQL, data warehouses), and DevOps

• Success leading small teams or project-based squads in agile or hybrid environments

• Ability to bridge technical execution with business objectives; strong communicator and problem-solver

• Commitment to secure and business-sustainable tech practices with a continuous learning mindset

• Embodies servant leadership with a team-first, uplifting, and integrity-aligned attitude

• Industry experience in PropTech, SaaS, restoration services, or construction tech a plus
