We're looking for a dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our supermarket located in North Western Indiana. This role ensures a seamless shopping experience for our loyal community.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure product availability and freshness
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
Track cash flow to support operations
Select sales and ad items, and communicate promotions to the team
Ensure compliance with supplier purchase agreements
Ability to monitor cash flow effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset
Interest in developing media presence
- Supermarket management experience•5+ years
- Multiple supermarket departments•1+ years
- Purchasing and inventory tracking•1+ years
- Able to pass credit check
- Willing to work on-site in Knox
