Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-8 years of experience as a High School Spanish Teacher who can inspire students to learn and appreciate the Spanish language and culture. The ideal candidate will have strong classroom management skills and experience in developing engaging curriculum for high school students. This position requires excellent communication skills and a deep cultural awareness to create an immersive language learning environment.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement engaging Spanish language curriculum that incorporates cultural elements and meets state educational standards Assess student progress through various evaluation methods and provide constructive feedback to support language acquisition Create an immersive classroom environment that encourages conversational Spanish practice and cultural appreciation
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Spanish, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred Valid state teaching certification or license for secondary education with Spanish language endorsement Demonstrated ability to connect with adolescent learners and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles
