What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-home design consultations using SPIN, Solution, and Challenger selling methods.

• Identify customer desires and frustrations to deliver custom outdoor living solutions.

• Lead clients through a 4-phase buying journey: Discover, Teach, Propose, and Close.

• Present compelling two-option proposals based on lifestyle and budget.

• Maintain an ethical, pressure-free consultative approach.

• Have a proven sales track record ($1M+ annually) in residential design/build or high-value home improvement.
