Customer Relations AssociateDCF Guns
We are looking to hire a motivated, energetic, customer-facing professional to join our team as a Customer Relations Associate. This full-time, in-office role in Centennial, CO supports the Customer Relations Director by managing customer communications, maintaining online storefronts, coordinating order processing, and occasionally traveling to our Castle Rock and Colorado Springs locations.
This is an hourly + commission position.
The Customer Relations Associate will work directly with the Customer Relations Director to maintain and improve the rapport between DCF Guns and its customers from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. This role will involve maintaining online storefronts and customer facing communication, including but not limited to outgoing customer follow up calls, responding to incoming emails, uploading online listings for items, and processing the final sale. To fulfill these responsibilities, the Customer Relations Associate will work with other teams inside DCF Guns to coordinate and ensure smooth order processing. This is a full-time, in-office position located at our Centennial, Colorado office with very occasional travel to our store locations in Castle Rock and Colorado Springs.
Key Responsibilities
Calling, emailing and reaching out to customers for follow up opportunities on sales and inquiries.
Respond promptly and courteously to customer questions and concerns while creating sales opportunities.
Assisting customers with basic website or account issues on dcfguns.com.
Keeping a friendly and professional demeanor when corresponding with customers.
Maintaining and selling through various online storefronts, including dcfguns.com.
Coordinating with internal teams to reserve inventory, resolve customer issues, and/or to achieve other tasks.
Providing accurate information about products and services provided by DCF Guns to customers.
Creating frequent and accurate notes on orders, customers, etc, when necessary.
Meeting or exceeding performance goals and targets.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be legally eligible to possess firearms and pass all required background checks.
Proficiency in basic computer skills; comfortable using multiple systems at once.
Proficiency in friendly customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work on a consistent schedule.
Ability to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: Hourly + Commission
