Position: Civil Engineer (PE Licensed)

Location: Orlando, FL

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 (Based on experience)

Schedule: Full-time

· Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

· Professional Engineer (PE) license or EIT.

· 3-4 years of experience in civil site design and land development (residential, commercial, or industrial).

· Knowledge of local, state (FDOT, FDEP), and federal regulations and permitting processes.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

· Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and time management skills.

• Design and develop civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

• Utilize CAD software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, to create detailed schematics and construction plans.

• Utilize ICPR for stormwater design and Watercad for potable water and recelained water.

• Draft technical reports such as stormwater reports, lift station reports, and utility reports

• manage several projects with deadlines.

• Communicate with cleints and reviewing agencies over phone, virtual meetings, and through email. In person meetings when necessary.

PE License or ability to get PE license within 1 year after hire.
