We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and play a critical role in designing curriculum used by families nationwide through our K-12 online school.

• Oversee the creation and layout of academic workbooks and textbooks used in FreedomProject Academy’s K-12 curriculum, distributed to families nationwide

• Work closely with academic staff and curriculum writers, meeting regularly to gather feedback and implement revisions

• Ensure design quality, visual clarity, and consistency across all curriculum materials

• Assist in additional design needs including marketing materials, digital content, and branding assets

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition

• Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio

• Ability to work on-site in Appleton, Wisconsin (this is not a remote position)

• Friday: Remote work available until noon
