The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer account invoicing, with responsibilities including customer engagement, managing invoicing, payment and account questions. This position provides opportunities to grow with the AR team as well as the finance &amp; accounting team.More about You:Your key responsibilities will include:<ul><li>Ownership of Invoicing process and customer-facing communication related to invoice submission</li><li>High professionalism when managing and responding to customer inquiries</li><li>Open communication and collaboration with internal partners for resolution of invoicing questions or disputes</li><li>Researching and resolution of internal processes to complete the invoicing process</li><li>Maintain detailed customer order records</li><li>Researching and recording customer payments</li></ul>Experience &amp; Education:<ul><li>Minimum High School Degree.
