Project EstimatorMetroWall

We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience as a Project Estimator. This role involves increasing sales by providing a quick, hassle-free buying experience for the customer. The ideal candidate will provide assistance with specification development and accurate, detailed proposals.

Sales

• Consult and advise clients to determine the best solution for their requirements

• Obtain deep understanding of all MetroWall standard products and be able to answer technical questions

• Utilize sales tactics and strategies to convert proposals into sales

• Review contracts according to MetroWall procedures, and log new sales

Plan Analysis and Takeoffs

• Receive/review architectural drawings and specifications from general contractors, architects, and MetroWall sales team

• Analyze architectural drawings and specifications, and determine which products meet the design intent and specifications

• Generate/submit RFIs accurately, and use dedicated software to perform quantity takeoffs

Estimating

• Generate proposals using proprietary software according to MetroWall procedures

• Review proposals for accuracy, and submit proposals in accordance with imposed deadlines

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service
