We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee apartment renovation projects from planning through completion.


Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of apartment renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires hands-on construction oversight, coordination with contractors and vendors, and basic financial tracking and reporting. We work as a team, and everyone has the roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, but you have to own your role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple apartment renovation projects simultaneously.

  • Develop project timelines, scopes, and budgets in collaboration with ownership.

  • Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Conduct constant site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.

  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.

  • Proactively manage issues as they arise.


Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

  • Basic financial knowledge and experience managing project budgets.

  • Proven experience in construction project management.

  • Proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and construction documentation.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to visit job sites.
