We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee apartment renovation projects from planning through completion.
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful execution of apartment renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires hands-on construction oversight, coordination with contractors and vendors, and basic financial tracking and reporting. We work as a team, and everyone has the roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, but you have to own your role.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple apartment renovation projects simultaneously.
Develop project timelines, scopes, and budgets in collaboration with ownership.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Conduct constant site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.
Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
Proactively manage issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Basic financial knowledge and experience managing project budgets.
Proven experience in construction project management.
Proficiency in project management software, spreadsheets, and construction documentation.
