Growth Marketer/Digital Marketing ManagerAugust Venture Talent
As our client's Growth Marketer, you’ll be the creative and analytical engine behind the launch of early-stage, AI-powered products—crafting smart campaigns, shaping go-to-market strategy, and helping meaningful tools reach their audience. You’ll work closely with the founders to test, refine, and scale what sticks.

What You’ll Do
- Design and execute campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement, with a primary focus on organic strategies while integrating other high-leverage channels as needed.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, setting benchmarks and iterating to optimize ROI.
- Collaborate with founders to prioritize products and target audiences, and align marketing strategies accordingly.
- Create compelling content and copy for landing pages, social posts, and campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal developers or freelancers for campaign support, ensuring seamless delivery.
What Success Looks Like
- Within 6 Months: Launch 3–5 creative campaigns, establish performance benchmarks, and demonstrate a disciplined test-learn-iterate process.
- Within 12 Months: Deliver at least one high-impact campaign driving significant leads or engagement. Scale successful strategies and potentially lead a new marketing team member.
- Ongoing: Build organic followings on key channels, prove ROI to unlock resources, and share market insights for product prioritization.
What You Bring
- Experience: There is no set experience requirement and we are looking for talent and drive rather than number of years. Typically, a person in this type of role will have 5 - 1o years of marketing experience with emphasis on in growth or digital marketing. Key to the role is a strong experimentation mindset.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) for ROI tracking, social media for engagement, and tools like Canva for content creation. Strong copywriting and cross-platform content creation skills. Basic data analysis required; SQL knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of organic growth strategies, audience targeting, and campaign measurement. Familiarity with AI tools or finance markets is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to design measurable campaigns under budget constraints, shown through past successes or projects.
