We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate needs to be a motivated, hungry salesperson that can intelligently listen to customers and walk them through our products and services, while maintaining trustworthy client relations through the sales process. The candidate should have a high level of personal integrity and be capable of managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate has experience selling fixed-index annuities or similar products.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, identifying their needs and presenting appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while providing excellent customer service
- High level of integrity interacting with customers
- Hunger for success and a life-long learner
- Able to explain financial products and our process clearly and transparently
- Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort while on the phone
- Able to maintain client relations and dedication to the very end of the process
- Strong listener and communicator

- Ambitious and self-driven; willing to get behind our mission
- Willing to work on-site in Pasadena Monday through Thursday
- Sales experience•1 - 2 years
- Experience in fixed index annuities
