Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 5-12 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with accounts receivable processes, invoice processing, and accounting software. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively manage customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile customer payments, maintain accurate records, and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection
- Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify trends and resolve discrepancies while maintaining positive customer relationships
