Operations ManagerInspired Closets DFW
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize all daily operations of our custom-built storage solutions company. This position plays a key role in ensuring seamless coordination across receiving, inventory management, production scheduling, material handling, and installation logistics. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with experience in workflow optimization and a strong understanding of luxury home construction and installation processes.
- Oversee all inbound and outbound materials, ensuring timely receipt and accurate documentation of all components
- Implement and maintain an inventory control system to track raw materials, hardware, and finished goods
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse space compliant with OSHA and company safety standards, and optimize space and access
- Develop and maintain efficient production schedules based on customer orders, lead times, and labor availability
- Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and installation teams to prioritize workflow and ensure deadlines are met
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and adjust scheduling to ensure on-time project completion
- Supervise warehouse, assembly, and logistics personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Schedule installation teams based on project timelines, customer availability, and geographical efficiency, ensuring crews have all required materials, tools, and documentation
- Continuously analyze operational workflows for inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce costs and time, and standardize processes for receiving, staging, and job preparation
- Leverage software systems for inventory management, scheduling, and CRM to improve visibility and accountability, and recommend new tools or platforms

- Proven experience as an operations manager or similar role in manufacturing, construction, or home improvement industry
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems, supply chain logistics, and workflow planning
- Proficiency in operations software (e.g. QuickBooks, Monday.com, Jobber, or similar ERP/CRM tools)
- Fluent in Spanish
- Ability to lift and move materials when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Closet or cabinetry experience
