We're looking for someone passionate about the outdoors and eager to help our community look its best. As a Production Supervisor at Goldenstate Landscapes, you’ll be a key player on our team. You will oversee our landscaping teams’ work in the field, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our team members and customers to keep our projects on track. Your leadership will help us deliver excellent service and keep our finances on target.

• Ensure our work is done well, on time, and within budget
• Ensure crews start the day safely, efficiently, and well-informed, and grow the team so that everyone can do their best
• Represent our company well, and ensure our customers are happy and our services meet their needs
• Teach and follow all our safety rules
• Keep supplies in stock, and schedule maintenance and repairs
• Work with other parts of our company to ensure we use our resources wisely and monitor our finances
• Stay ahead of problems and find solutions to keep us moving forward
• Keep an eye out for enhancement opportunities on our jobsites, since even the best landscapes require constant fixes and improvements
• Improve and expand upon your technical skills, including irrigation and horticultural management, and use our software programs to complete inspections and make estimates
• Keep notes from employees and customers organized, and use them to manage your schedule
• Organize regular safety and skill training, document sessions, and follow up to ensure improvement
• Conduct detailed job site inspections, assign specific tasks to crew leaders, and verify work completion
• Follow our accountability process to maintain performance, and review and approve daily timesheets
• Complete and submit weekly checklists and monthly reports
