CDL B DriverTrinity Surfaces

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated CDL B Truck Driver to join our team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate, timely, and safe transportation of materials while actively supporting warehouse operations. As a brand ambassador of Trinity Surfaces, you will be expected to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

• Foster a positive, respectful, and synergistic team environment within the warehouse.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with both team members and customers.
• Provide consistent, reliable delivery coverage during your shift.
• Serve as a professional representative of Trinity Surfaces during every customer interaction.
• Deliver materials safely, accurately, and on time to dealers, residential clients, job sites, and other company locations.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the delivery process, including logistics, vehicle safety, route management, and inventory checks.
• Take responsibility for vehicle cleanliness, routine maintenance, and timely submission of business-related expenses.
• Assist with material transfers between warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy and promptness.
• Help coordinate delivery logistics and optimize route efficiency to support business goals.
• Accurately document all pickups, deliveries, and transfers, including obtaining required signatures and performing QC checks.
• Show initiative in learning warehouse operations and procedures.
• Pursue cross-training to become proficient in multiple warehouse roles and functions.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety training and discussions.
• Conduct daily safety checks, update inspection reports, and report vehicle or equipment issues promptly.
• Embrace warehouse technologies to improve delivery and operational efficiency.
• Seek opportunities for process enhancements and make proactive recommendations aligned with company goals.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and organized warehouse inventory by adhering to established processes.
• Support the identification and removal of outdated or non-performing inventory, including damaged, discontinued, or excess materials.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and competently.
• Secure all outbound materials to ensure product integrity during transport.

• Valid CDL B license
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed to meet delivery schedules
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and delivery records
• Preferred experience operating truck mounted forklifts / machinery
