Job Summary

You'll report right to the Founder and CEO in Staten Island, NYC. Your main job is to set up and run our new in-house Print Shop from the very beginning. This is a huge role with massive potential for impact as an early leader. You'll pick the equipment, hire the team, create the processes, and oversee making thousands of custom items (like hats and flags) every day. You'll focus on top quality, doing things efficiently, managing costs well, and helping us grow fast, with significant autonomy and opportunity for growth.


How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead the entire setup of a busy print shop – from planning the space to choosing and installing all the machines, shaping it from day one
  • Hire, train, and lead a skilled print shop team to hit daily goals of making thousands of items, with big growth expected under your leadership
  • Create and manage the print shop budget, making smart choices to hit our targets while keeping costs in line, with direct responsibility
  • Set up strict quality checks and manage all supplies (like hats, flags, thread, ink)
  • Always look for ways to make the shop run better and keep up with the latest printing methods, driving innovation
Qualifications
  • Lots of experience starting or managing a busy print shop or a place that makes custom clothes
  • Deep knowledge of how to print and stitch on things like hats and flags, including what machines and materials to use
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and growing production teams from the start
  • Proven ability to handle making thousands of items a day, with an owner's mindset and smart cost control
  • Great at managing projects, solving problems, and handling budgets in a fast-moving startup where you'll build and own your success
