Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of multiple AT&T retail locations
- Create a friendly environment for our customers and employees, and maintain positive relationships with coworkers, vendors, and partners
- Lead and inspire teams to meet sales and customer service goals
- Improve operational standards to eliminate losses
- Conduct 4+ effective store visits per location per month, including evenings and weekends, and provide detailed reports to Store Manager and company leadership
- Recruit, hire, and retain top-performing team members
- Provide monthly 1-on-1 performance reviews and action plans for Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers, recognizing top store performance
- Lead training sessions, conference calls, and meetings
- Support B2B, FirstNet, and MDU initiatives
- Enforce company and AT&T policies and procedures with HR department
- Deliver new hire sales training sessions using defined MWT Sales Behaviors
- Execute marketing promotions and local events in partnership with internal and external stakeholders consistent with our marketing initiatives and branding
- Ensure compliance with merchandising and operational standards
- Resolve customer issues and maintain store presentation standards
- Identify and mitigate risks using performance data

Requirements
- Wireless Retail Store Manager experience•2+ years
- Successful sales experience•5+ years
- Successful development and promotion of sales consultants to store managers
- Experience utilizing a behavioral based selection processes for store level staffing
- Demonstrated success in staffing stores with high quality, high potential candidates
- Valid driver's license and proof of liability
- Ability to work 50+ hours a week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Experience directing training and development activities of a sales team
Nice to Have
- Retail multi-unit store responsibility•1+ years
- AT&T sales management experience
- BA or BS in related field
