We are looking for a seasoned General Superintendent with extensive leadership skills to join our team in Jackson, Mississippi. In this full-time role, you will oversee about 15 superintendents and all company field operations, ensuring operational excellence, timeliness, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You must be a proactive leader, an excellent communicator, and a hard worker to succeed in this role.

• Lead, mentor, and manage superintendents to ensure profit, quality standards, and site order and cleanliness
• Recognize and address potential issues before they become problems, and ensure proactive troubleshooting
• Hire competent field staff that fit the Alliant culture
• Establish and accomplish long-term goals for field operations and put resources in place to accomplish these goals
• Work with office staff on front end of projects to establish overall schedules, constructability, logistics, staffing availability, and necessary supplies
• Ensure timely communication of accurate information between the office and field
• Instill the Alliant way of doing business in field operations, and develop a solutions driven company culture that serves customers well, communicates clearly, treats people with respect, and strives to be top notch in everything we do

• Proven leader and a hard worker with a high level of integrity
• Strategic thinker able to manage numerous projects and mentor superintendents
• Humble, proactive, and capable of identifying and resolving issues
• Excellent communicator who is able to work with engineers, contractors, office staff, superintendents, and field workers in a timely manner
• Tested experience in all aspects of commercial construction (schools, office buildings, churches, etc.)
