Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative who can take orders and offer superb customer service.
Candidates can work either at Kopperl or at Granbury square.
Responsibilities
- Build good relationships directly with customers and drivers
- Answer and return customer calls and texts
- Input orders into computer
- Communicate with logistics coordinator
- Maintain contact lists
- Process credit card payments
- Be flexible and willing to help with other tasks
Qualifications
- Team Player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Friendly on the phone and in person
- Strong problem solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Honest and capable of handling sensitive information
Requirements
- High school or equivalent level of education
- Customer Service•1+ years
- High level of integrity
- Data entry experience
- Google Docs
- Willing to learn logistics software
Nice to Have
- Bilingual
- QuickBooks•1 - 2 years

We are a local family owned and operated sod farm that produces high quality sod, delivers on time, and provides installation services. We have been in the grass farm business for over 50 years. We have farms in Granbury and Kopperl, and we believe in a high-quality product and high-quality service. We supply grass to homeowners, landscapers, golf courses, sports fields, and commercial projects.
