Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 3-8 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician with strong knowledge of electrical wiring and circuit installation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the National Electrical Code and proven troubleshooting abilities. This position requires attention to safety compliance while efficiently solving complex electrical problems in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems according to National Electrical Code standards and safety regulations
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications to determine layouts of electrical systems
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to work in various positions and confined spaces for extended periods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse environments
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record to travel between job sites
